The Site Coordinator will be responsible for performing a broad range of site activities to proactively meet the business’s needs. The Site Coordinator will work closely with Distribution Center leaders to provide support, including (but not limited to) employee engagement, employee onboarding, training, adherence to policies and procedures, project management, supporting the broader McKesson-wide implementation of various enterprise-wide programs, and other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities include conducting new hire orientation and employee onboarding, assisting with annual site training and compliance sessions, training employees in various functions, monitoring and completing new hire training programs, providing annual safety and security re-training courses, supporting enterprise-wide program implementations, records management, DC supply management, and other tasks assigned by DC management. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma (4 Year Bachelor’s degree preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office and McKesson Operations Systems, solid knowledge of enterprise and local policies, previous HR and/or operations experience, facilitation and presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to organize and interact with all levels of employees and management, availability to work overtime and flexible hours, positive attitude, problem analysis skills, and flexibility to work with ambiguity.
