Description Electrician Helper - - Fire Watch or Industrial Site experience preferred for this position
- Execute various minor construction projects as required
- Willingness and ability to work various shifts and overtime on short notice, in order to meet businesses' needs.
- Maintain equipment & clean around workstations.
- Interface with journeyman, supervisor &/or manager to give progress updates as required.
- Closely follow instructions from Journeyman or Foreman in a variety of tasks and supporting activity.
- Able to work outdoors in the elements
- Work in tight spaces - physically able to climb up and down safely in proximity of manufacturing and process equipment.
- Elevated work > 4' - fall protection required
- Able to listen and have the incentive to want to learn a craft to become a journeyman

Preferred Experience: - Work with blueprints or instructions from supervisors and Journeymen.
- Work on top of stilts, ladders, and the top beams of buildings.
- Must be able to safely use hand and power tools and follow Company and site safety policies.
- Perform tasks involving constant physical labor on a construction or industrial site
- Operate hand and power tools of many types
- Clean and prepare sites, stage equipment, and follow direction of craft and supervisory personnel.
- Identify and resolve hazards associated with assignments.
Requirements: - Arrive at work on time, as scheduled, consistently, reliably, & complete each shift
- Follow all safety rules and standards for the company and for the site
- Understand and follow Instructions from the direct supervisor
