Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and growing Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and polished individual to serve as our Office Coordinator and Receptionist . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys interacting with people. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, and will ensure the office runs smoothly while offering exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Visitor Interaction:

  • Be the welcoming face and voice of the company, greeting guests, answering phones, and managing inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide a positive, organized, and efficient experience for all clients, visitors, and vendors.

Office Operations & Coordination:

  • Maintain a well-organized office environment by managing office supplies, coordinating repairs, and ensuring equipment is in working order.
  • Serve as the liaison for office maintenance, including coordinating with IT vendors for timely repairs and ongoing system upkeep.

Scheduling & Calendar Management:

  • Oversee the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and company events, ensuring all logistics are efficiently coordinated.
  • Reserve meeting spaces, send invitations, and manage all related details for smooth execution.

Travel Coordination:

  • Manage travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and handle all travel logistics to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred with internship experience in an office setting.
  • A polished, personable individual who enjoys helping others and thrives in a collaborative team setting.
  • Highly responsible, organized, and proactive with a keen eye for detail.
  • An excellent communicator who is both approachable and professional.
  • Passionate about providing top-tier support and creating a positive office atmosphere.

This role will be based onsite in Beverly Hills, 5 days a week.

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 (Overtime eligible + bonus + excellent medical benefits)
