Job Title: Okta Engineer / Administrator
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Position Summary:
Fusion HCR is seeking a skilled Okta Engineer or Administrator to assist with the implementation and ongoing administration of Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for one of our premier Las Vegas-based clients. This role will support identity integrations, automation, and secure access across enterprise applications. Candidates with hands-on Okta implementation experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of Okta for enterprise-wide identity and access management.
  • Administer and configure Okta, including SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and group policies.
  • Integrate applications using SAML, SCIM, and API-based provisioning.
  • Collaborate with internal IT, InfoSec, and HR/Workday teams to align identity management workflows.
  • Develop documentation and training materials for IT support teams and end-users.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Okta services and logs to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Assist with compliance initiatives such as SOX and maintain audit-ready IAM practices.
  • Participate in testing and validation efforts during rollout and post-implementation.
  • Provide input on architectural and security decisions related to IAM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Okta implementation and user lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes).
  • Strong understanding of identity federation, SSO, MFA, and user provisioning protocols (SAML, SCIM, OAuth).
  • Experience integrating Okta with systems such as Azure AD, Workday, Bomgar, Fortinet, and Microsoft O365.
  • Familiarity with RBAC and expression-based group rule creation.
  • Experience with mobile device management (InTune), Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Okta Certified Administrator or Professional (preferred).
  • Experience in regulated industries such as gaming, healthcare, or finance.
  • Prior experience with identity integrations in casino or hospitality environments is a plus.
Certifications:
  • Okta Certified Administrator or equivalent preferred.
  • Azure or AWS Cloud certifications a plus.
