CACI is seeking an experienced RF/Spectrum Manager to support the 130i objectives for the protection of critical facilities and assets from unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) at United States Army Material Command (AMC), Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. This role requires in-depth knowledge of UAS/C-UAS frequencies, spectrum management principles, and the 130i mission. The successful candidate will provide critical frequency management services, ensure interference resolution, and contribute to mission success through the effective use of spectrum resources. Responsibilities include frequency management by receiving and processing requests for frequency use authorization, nominating and assigning frequencies, maintaining and updating the database of frequency requests and assignments. Interference resolution by establishing and maintaining contact with other agencies to prevent and mitigate frequency interference, investigating and resolving spectrum interference issues, and obtaining electronic warfare (EW) clearances. UAS/C-UAS support by providing expertise in frequency management to meet mission objectives and collaborating with stakeholders. Signal Operating Instructions (SOI) production and distribution using specialized software tools, providing support and training. Collaboration and reporting by coordinating with military and civilian agencies and supporting reporting requirements to ensure compliance and transparency. Qualifications include an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, demonstrated staff-level RF/Spectrum management experience, hands-on knowledge of UAS/C-UAS frequencies, familiarity with 130i mission objectives, proficiency with spectrum management software, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to resolve complex interference issues. Desired qualifications include experience with NETCOM or related military command structures, knowledge of electronic warfare and clearance processes, and familiarity with DoD and FCC frequency allocation policies.
