Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Always maintain a guest service focus
• Build and foster a team-oriented store culture
• Desire to develop a great team and build future leaders
• Inventory and food cost control
• Scheduling and labor cost control
• Meet health and brand standards
• Ensure proper cash controls and loss prevention measures
• Conduct employee interviews and make personnel decisions

Requirements

• Must have open availability
• Minimum 18+ years of age
• 1 year managerial experience required
• Previous fast food or quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred
